After the success of last years Allery Expo in the RDS,Dublin Tara was invited back again this year.
This is what she will be talking about and of course cooking so come along, listen, learn, taste and say hello.
A cookery demonstration to explain the paleo diet and cook tasty and easy recipes.
Based on the grain free, high protein and good fats caveman diet this is also gluten free.
