Should a customer have a legitimate reason for returning goods, the goods must be accompanied by the delivery note and the circumstances of the return. A picture of any faults, breakages on transit or damage sent to tcanning@live.ie within 2 working days of delivery. A claim cannot be processed before the relevant goods have been returned if you have decided you would not like the products delivered. The price of the goods will be refunded to your card. Goods should always be checked upon delivery.
Goods remain the property of Tara Canning Nutrition until full payment for the goods has been processed.
If you have purchased a testing kit and decide not to do the sample at home once you have received the kit, you may return the kit to Tara Canning Nutrition, 9 Sea Road, Galway, H91C9YA, within 14 working days, and we will refund the price of the kit, not the delivery charge. You can also reach out to tcanning@live.ie to arrange an appointment to do the kit for you at an agreeable time for both parties.
Tara Canning Nutrition gives no formal undertaking as to the suitability of any given product for any consumer. Both customers and end users should inform themselves fully before using any goods distributed by Tara Canning Nutrition.
